D2 Rail is pleased to welcome Jonathon Armstrong who joined this week in the capacity of Planning Manager. Jonathon comes from a background of 13 years in the engineering industry, starting his career with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering, prior to moving into project controls. He has had the fortune of being part of teams delivering large scale projects such as London Bridge Station, Paddington Station redevelopments in London, Manchester Airports Terminal 2 Transformation Project, in addition to a variety of Nuclear Infrastructure Projects.
On the personal front, Jonathon and his partner have a 20 month old son and live in mid Cheshire. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing/ mixed martial arts, and is a car enthusiast.
